I called Rockstar Support, and after waiting for just a minute I got through to a “representative”.

I explained that I was banned from GTA V, and cannot play the single player or any other game. The representative sounded surprised and asked for my social club nickname and my “console”.

The person put me on hold and then told me that one of their departments are currently investigating the issue and that they would “get in touch by email”. He also said that he woudl leave a note saying that I called up.

I will be calling up again, atleast until I get a proper response. You can read the transcript here.

Update: Rockstar won. They permanently banned me on the grounds of “cheating” (a lie, but I cannot prove my innocence). I have no access to any of their single player games that are linked to the social club.
