Me: I’m playing on PC.

Him: That’s it, thank you very much for holding. Okay yes, looking at your account, looks like something…um… we are currently investigating…um… what we’re gonna do is keep you up to date through email.
Him: It already also has something about a department, we are currently investigating this something
Me: Okay
